Oui c'est comme ça je sais c'est hyper bizarre. Mais pour la petite histoire cette expression viens de la chasse à cor pour l'instrument et à cri pour les chiens. Maintenant on l'emploi pour désigner quelque chose que l'on demande ou réclame bruyamment
